1. What is sterling silver?
Sterling silver is an alloy made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals to make it more resistant and durable. Silver is great for his durability and brightness, making it ideal for jewelry. Our jewelry is hypoallergenic, nickel-free and lead-free, which makes it great for sensitive wearers.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders will be shipped out within 2-3 business days.
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
3. What are your shipping policies?
- Singapore: We offer free shipping for local Singapore orders above $80
- International: We do ship worldwide and offer free international shipping for orders over $250.

4. What is your return/exchange policy?
We genuinely hope you love your new jewelry pieces and understand if you need to make any returns/exchanges. Kindly note that we do not accept returns/exchanges on any sale events or limited edition items.
Return Period:
- We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging attached.
Conditions for Return:
- Jewelry must be returned in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item does not meet these conditions.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings or other items that have been worn or show signs of wear.
Process for Returns:
- Contact Us: Before returning an item, please email us at hello@slowxsteady.com to request a return authorization.
- Return Shipping: Once authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return your item and will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions.
- Store Credit: Once confirmed, we will issue you a store credit.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns. Please contact us to initiate an exchange.
Refunds:
- We do not offer refunds. Instead, returns will be processed as store credit. Store credit will be issued once the returned item is inspected and accepted.

5. Can I cancel my order?
Once an order and payment has been made, we are unable to accept any cancellation of orders.
6. How do I care for my jewelry?
To maintain your silver jewelry, store it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and humidity. We recommend that you avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals like cleaners, perfumes, or prolonged moisture.
Proper storage and regular cleaning will enable your jewelry to last years. Each order comes with our box/pouch to store your pieces along with a soft jewelry cloth for polishing your jewelry and maintaining its shine.
Kindly note that Slow x Steady Studio is not responsible for any damage arising from wear and tear or mishandling.
7. Do you only offer silver jewelry?
Currently we only offer 925 sterling silver jewelry.
